(There are, however, exceptions to certain items and we will do our best to exchange, refund or give store credit when possible and/or reasonable and if we can to accommodate. Again, keeping in mind, we are an auction, not a retail store. If you win an item or items you take that item(s) home with you on the day of the auction, unless an item is too large for your vehicle, and you notify the auction of the same, then arrangements are made for you to pick it up on the Monday or Tuesday following the auction. ALSO: There are no cords for and/or chargers for iPads, Tablets - (For these we will provide a cord/charger for you to test the item to make certain it charges/powers on), you will need to purchase the cord/chargers from a retail store. Know what you are bidding on. WHEN PREVIEWING, KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU, YOURSELF, ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OPEN BOXES OR HANDLE THE PRODUCT, ASK FOR ASSISTANCE FROM AN EMPLOYEE. If you win an item over $22.50 that plugs into the wall that needs to be plugged in OVER NIGHT, (ONLY) and that item needs to be plugged in overnight at your house to see if it works and if for some reason, it does not, you must return it to the auction the following Monday for our assessment and adjustment. Consignment items are always AS-IS, we cannot guarantee their condition. We will always describe the items to the best of our ability and you are able to preview them in person as well. On and off site estate sales are typically auctions entirely of their own. All items within an Estate Sale Auction are sold AS-IS as we cannot guarantee the condition of these items. However, we will always describe the items to the best of our ability and you are welcome to view the items in person before you bid. BIDDING: If an item is titled with Quantity (ex. QTY 6) then your winning bid is multiplied by the quantity. For example, you win a Light Bulb with a QTY of 8 listed in the title for $5, you multiply your winning bid of $5 by 8 for a total of $40. (Just to clarify it is not 8 pieces for $5.) All bids are final. If you don’t have the ability to bid online you can register and pre bid in person at our preview day the Friday before our auction. PAYMENT: The credit card you use to register for the auction will be pre-authorized for $1 as a verification to bid. In the event that you don‘t win anything, that $1 hold will be removed. All items you win will be charged to the same card immediately following the auctions conclusion. Please make sure you register with the same card you want your final payment to be charged to. We are located at 1500 Enterprise Dive, Suite 212, Lemoore, CA. 93245. *SHIPPING IS NOW AVAILABLE ON SELECT ITEMS. THOSE LOTS THAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING WILL BE NOTED ON THE LOT. There is a minimum handling fee applied of $10. Pick-ups are ONLY on Sunday from 3pm-6pm, Monday's and Tuesday's from 10am to 6pm. If items are not picked up by the close of business at 6pm on Tuesday, the card on file will be charged. If the card is declined, the items won will be forfeited and future bidding privileges may be blocked. Items that have been paid for and not picked up will be charged a storage fee of $25 per day for furniture, oversized items or multiple lots. These items will also be forfeited if not picked up by Tuesday at the close of the following auction if no arrangements have been made with Hidden Treasures Auction House. **Delivery is available for an additional charge-Call for rate and delivery area**
